My dear brothers and sisters of Aqra Hajj group 2011, assalamualaikum. Sorry it took me this long to communicate with you all. Partly because I took a side trip after hajj and upon return I got sick and had to get some treatment and rest.
Alhamudulillah, all praise be to Allah pak for granting us all successful completion of hajj. Congratulations all Hajji and Hajjins of Aqra group 2011. I hope and pray every body made the journey back home safe and sound by now and resumed normal daily life. It was a life changing and awakening journey for me . In the beginning I was very nervous about the hajj and its proper performance as it was the most serious event for me not just a vacation! My mind was preoccupied with the fear of making mistakes and not being able to complete my hajj. So I prayed to Allah and kept praying. Subhanallah, blessings poured. Allah helped me even before I started the journey! Tayab, CE of Aqra travel, personally got involved (I am sure he took care of every member of the team with his compassion and professional expertise) and did everything possible to make me comfortable. Allah helped: got orientation by one of the most experienced Hajji among American hajj groups Jonab Hafez Faiz sahib. Allah helped: detail Hajj plan and procedures were e-mailed by brother Amer Hasseb even before I knew him! Allah helped: Gave me a wonderful couple brother Minhaj and his wife sister Nimra as my travel companion to Medina(and throughout the hajj period) Without their companion and friendly care I would probably be lost and lonely. Allah helped: I got the blessings of close supervision and guidance by our team leader Imam Hafez Faiz sahib of Fontana Masque CA ( I know he helped everybody who sought his advise) whose close guidance helped me to complete my hajj properly. Shukre Alhamdulillah. Allah helped: I was fortunate to have a wonderful team of hajjis whose association itself was blessings from Allah subhanutaala. Camp Mina (including Arafat and Mujdalifa) was the best time for all the team members come close and get to know each other. I enjoyed the days in camp Mina even though I was sick. My journey to Makka was really a blessed one not only because I could perform hajj but also I had the opportunity to know some wonderful people like brother Minhaj, an awesome outgoing young man and his wife from Fontana CA, brother Amer Haseeb a very pleasant and caring gentleman and his wife from Fontana CA, Imam Hafez Faiz Sahib of Fontana CA to whom I am very grateful for his kind guidance and advise. Brother Ashar Jafri of Houston, TX. In my eyes he is the most fortunate and blessed hajji among us. How many sons can bring their mothers to perform hajj? Young man Fulel and his very caring mother from Houston TX. Brother Ferdausi, brother Khurshid Hasan, Sadi Mohammad of Aqra travel brother Nelson of Chicago and all others. it was really a blessing to come in contact with this group of wonderful people. May Allah pak bless you all as I was blessed by your company. However, as it happens when a group of people come closer, it is possible people may get hurt by other people knowingly or unknowingly. Even ones body odor may offend someone! It is very possible my actions, words or behavior may have offended someone. All I can ask my brothers and sisters, in the name of Allah pak please forgive me for it would be absolutely unknowing and unintentional. Please do doa for me in your prayer as it is essential for me to do the same for you. Allah Hafez.
One last note: I would recommend Aqra travel without any reservation not because they are best but because they are most sincere, dedicated, very professional and caring for their clients. I speak from my long personal experience with this agency before they started business in America.

Masha Allah we had a wonderful time in KSA and the only complain I have is that I was overfed and spoiled with 24 hour tea/coffee and fruits that were delivered every couple of hours and hot breakfast and lavish lunches and three-course dinners. Masha Allah Aqra Travel took good care of all of us. I am also thankful for the exclusive location of our camp in Mina, it only took us a couple of minutes to go to the Jamaraat all each day. My sister and Brother-in-law had also come in from Dhaka directly for hajj and were staying in an expensive suite at the Marwa Rayhaan Tower right next to the Zam Zam Grand, but they had to walk more than three miles each day for Jamaraat with no access to food or drinks. My sister said she was desparately craving a hot cup of tea each day and I was looking outside our camp thanking Allah for His blessings.
The overall experience was excellent, and I am looking forward to coming back next year with Deeba and the children, Insha Allah.
