Hajj 2025 is fully regulated and controlled by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through the Nusuk Platform. By registering for Hajj 2025 through Aqra Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. HAJJ 2025 IS CONTROLLED BY NUSUK

• All Hajj 2025 approvals, selections, quotas, permissions, and final confirmations are solely determined by the Nusuk Platform and the Ministry of Hajj & Umrah.

• Aqra Travel has no authority or influence over the selection process, approval timelines, or quota allocations.

2. PACKAGE IS NOT GUARANTEED

• Submitting your registration does not guarantee a Hajj package.

• Your acceptance is only confirmed if Nusuk selects and approves you.

• Aqra Travel cannot guarantee:

  • Availability of Hajj spots

  • Tent location

  • Hotel assignments

  • Transportation schedules

  • Group or tent arrangements

  • Any service managed directly by Nusuk

3. FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE SELECTION BY NUSUK

• Upon making Nusuk account, full payment becomes immediately due in advance.

• Failure to pay the full amount by the deadline may result in:

  • Loss of your Hajj spot

  • Cancellation by Nusuk

  • Non-refundable penalties

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 IF YOU ARE SELECTED

• Refunds are NOT guaranteed.

• Once Nusuk confirms your selection and Aqra Travel processes your booking, all payments become subject to Nusuk’s refund rules, not Aqra Travel’s.

• Any delays, restrictions, denials, or refusals of refunds are controlled solely by Nusuk, and Aqra Travel cannot override or expedite them.

4.2 IF YOU ARE NOT SELECTED

• If Nusuk does not select you:

  • Your payment will be refunded.

  • Refund timelines may vary due to banking and processing delays.

  • Aqra Travel will keep you informed throughout the process.

5. AQRA TRAVEL LIABILITY LIMITATION

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that:

• Aqra Travel acts only as an agent submitting your information to Nusuk.

• Aqra Travel is not responsible for:

  • Nusuk platform errors

  • Government delays

  • Visa approvals or refusals

  • Changes in Saudi regulations

  • Price changes imposed by Nusuk

  • Package modifications by Nusuk

  • Flight changes, delays, or cancellations

• Aqra Travel is not liable for financial loss caused by Nusuk decisions or Saudi governmental policies.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid personal information.

• Follow all Nusuk, airline, and Saudi regulatory requirements.

• Submit documents on time.

• Make full payment immediately after selection.

• Understand the uncertainty and risks involved due to Nusuk-controlled Hajj.

7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting your registration, deposit, or personal documentation, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You also acknowledge:

• You are entering this process knowing that selection is not guaranteed.

• Refunds, approvals, and timelines are not controlled by Aqra Travel.

• Aqra Travel’s responsibilities end once your information is submitted to Nusuk and services are handed over according to Nusuk requirements.

8. SIGNATURE & CONFIRMATION

Your signature or electronic acknowledgment confirms:

✔ You have read and understood all terms
✔ You agree to the refund and payment policies
✔ You accept Nusuk’s authority and control over Hajj 2025
✔ You will not hold Aqra Travel liable for Nusuk decisions or delays
